How long does it take for new orders to arrive

Delivery times vary by location:

  • Cairo: 2–3 business days
  • Giza: 3–4 business days
  • Alexandria and outside Cairo: 3–6 business days

Please note that Fridays and official/sudden vacations
are not counted as working days

Orders placed during vacations are processed once operations resume.

Shipping Fee: Standard shipping is 80 EGP across all Egypt.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Customers can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached.

Additional shipping fees will be charged for returns or exchanges.

If there are sizing issues or defects, customers can return or exchange the item after receiving the package.

The item or size I want is out of stock, when will it restock?

Some items and sizes may sell out quickly due to high
demand.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact
us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
